10 Weeks, One Device, Lasting Neck Freedom – Real Results Inside

Forward-head posture places constant strain on the nerves, muscles, and joints of the neck, often leading to pain, tension, headaches, and numbness. The good news? There’s a simple, corrective approach that doesn’t just mask symptoms—it addresses the root cause and creates lasting improvement.Hook: A short‑term program plus a special traction device gave lasting relief.

In this research trial, everyone followed the same overall care schedule so the results could be fairly compared. Participants in both groups came into the clinic 30 times over 10 weeks, averaging about three visits per week. This ensured that improvements weren’t simply due to visit frequency or attention, but to what type of care was used.

The base treatment—called a multimodal program—included three main components:

  • Therapeutic exercises designed to strengthen the neck and shoulder muscles, helping improve stability and support for the cervical spine.

  • Manual adjustments to restore normal joint movement and reduce stiffness in the neck.

  • Posture and ergonomics education, teaching participants how to sit, work, and move in ways that reduce daily strain on the neck.

For one group, an additional element was introduced: the Denneroll cervical orthotic.

When the Denneroll was added, participants also received cervical extension traction. During this part of care, patients lay comfortably on their backs while the orthotic gently supported the neck in a backward-curving position. This sustained stretch is designed to counter forward-head posture by encouraging the neck to return toward its natural curve—something exercises and adjustments alone often cannot achieve.

Both groups received active care—but only one group received structural correction aimed at changing the shape and alignment of the cervical spine itself. After 10 weeks, the Denneroll group had significantly larger improvements in neck curve, head position, and nerve‑signal speed.

  • Pain scores dropped more than 50 % in the Denneroll group versus the control group.
